Kansas City Chiefs running back Jamaal Charles suffered a head injury during the first quarter of an NFL wild-card playoff game against the Indianapolis Colts. The 27-year-old All-Pro was shaken up after a 7-yard run on the Chiefs' opening drive on Saturday at Lucas Oil Stadium.
